Rwandan smallholder farmers struggle to access proven agricultural innovations and establish profitable partnerships to transform their farming systems

Rwandan agricultural stakeholders lack practical mechanisms to adopt and implement innovation in their farming operations, and struggle to identify and establish strategic partnerships that could improve their agri-food systems. Current extension services and information channels fail to bridge the gap between innovation availability and farmer adoption, leaving producers unable to increase yields, reduce costs, or access better markets despite available solutions.
