Unpredictable Schengen passport control delays causing missed connections and travel disruptions

Travelers, particularly Irish and non-EU citizens, face unpredictable and often severe delays at Schengen border checkpoints with no way to anticipate wait times or plan accordingly. Current solutions like official border websites provide no real-time data, leaving travelers unable to adjust travel plans, potentially missing flights, appointments, or connections. The lack of transparent, actionable information forces people to either arrive dangerously early or risk missing their travel plans entirely.
