Chinese physicians lack efficient systems to capture, organize, and share the emotional and clinical outcomes of their patient interactions. While JD Health collected over 500,000 doctor-patient stories, most hospitals and individual practitioners have no structured way to document these narratives for professional recognition, public health advocacy, or institutional reporting. Current solutions are fragmented, time-consuming, and don't integrate with existing medical workflows.
